Warranty Policies for Gacha Machines

Warranty 1: Reliable One-Week Warranty

Only in the case of the following two products can the coin mech (the handle that turns the gacha machine) be exchanged free of charge for one week after delivery of the product. Please contact us first by using our website’s inquiry form.

Applicable products

1) Gacha Cup: New body only (excluding refurbished products)
2) Gacha Cup - L size: New body only (excluding refurbished products)

Period

1 week after product delivery

Important considerations

・ Shipping costs will be covered by our company.
・ If the product breaks down due to your negligence, you may be charged.

Cases where Warranty 1 does not apply

・Damage or loss of consumables (key, panel, etc.) other than the coin mech
・Damage or loss of parts as a result of your actions
・Age-related deterioration and external deterioration due to normal use
・Products past a period of one week after delivery

Warranty 2: Early Failure One-Week Warranty

Our products are shipped after we conduct a complete operational check. We offer an early failure one-week warranty to cover instances of damage or failure that may occur as a result of transportation, where your purchase can be exchanged free of charge. We welcome your inquiry.

All gacha machines sold by our company (including refurbished machines)

Period

One week after product delivery

Shipping costs in case of warranty service

・ Within one week after product delivery: Shipping costs will be covered by Amuse
・ Following one week after product delivery: Shipping costs to be covered by you

Important considerations

・Please return the product within three business days after contacting us about defects. If the product is not returned immediately, this guarantee may not be possible.
・The warranty period will conclude after one week, even if the product has not been used.
The number of days is calculated from the date the product was delivered to you, and not from the date you started using the product. Be sure to promptly check that the product is operating properly.

Cases where Warranty 2 does not apply

・Damage or loss of parts as a result of your actions
・Products not purchased from Amuse (e.g., when a similar product was purchased through a different vendor)
・When you have opened the machine and made internal repairs
・Products past a period of one week after delivery

Please be aware that we cannot respond to any matters other than the content of Warranty 1 and Warranty 2, stated above.

Cases not covered by warranty

・ Secondary accidents caused by damage or loss of parts (injury caused when damage occurs, etc.)
・If the product is not used in the proper manner
